When your holiday ends, we can collect your skis, snowboards, boots and winter wardrobe directly from your chalet, hotel or residence.
Your belongings are inventoried and securely stored, with professional cleaning and equipment care available according to your membership.
Before your next visit, we arrange for everything to be returned to your chosen accommodation, whether that's the same chalet or somewhere completely different.

Is ALPINE VAULT a ski locker?
No. Traditional ski lockers are designed for storing equipment during your stay in resort. ALPINE VAULT is a private membership service that stores and cares for your belongings while you're away.
Can you collect my skis from my chalet in Courchevel?
Yes. Collection from chalets, hotels and residences in Courchevel is available, with included collections depending on your membership.
Can you deliver my equipment to a different chalet?
Yes. We can coordinate delivery to a different chalet, hotel or residence within Les 3 Vallées, subject to your membership arrangements.
Do you clean ski clothing and service skis?
Yes. Clothing cleaning and ski or snowboard servicing are included in selected memberships and can be arranged as additional services where available.
Can I use ALPINE VAULT for several ski holidays?
Absolutely. Our service is designed for guests who return to the Alps throughout the winter. Multiple collections and deliveries can be arranged according to your membership.
How much does membership cost?
Annual memberships start from €450 for Essential storage. Higher tiers offer additional collection, delivery, equipment care and concierge benefits.
